Ms. Christiana Satta Samu is the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation in the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education (MTHE).

She is an Executive MA Graduate from the Ghana Institute of Public Sector Management with a proven Accounting, Monitoring and Evaluation experience. She has critical and analytical skills that accomplished objectives. She is a team player and an experienced leader.

Ms. Samu has excellent communication skills, written and oral as well as professional and interpersonal team building skills. She is a highly developed critical thinker and decision maker with result oriented credits.

She has served as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Ministry of Trade and Industry S/L; Area Accountant at BRAC Sierra Leone-Kono; Finance Assistant - Sierra Leone Opportunity Industrialization Center (SLOIC) - Freetown S/L.

She has a Master's in Public Sector Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) -2015; Bacherlor of Science in Accounting - IPAM 2007-2009; Diploma in Applied Accounting - IPAM - USL 2005-2007; HTC Primary at Bunumbu Teachers College, Kenema 1998-2000.
