Ms. Sia Fasuluku is the Director of Research, Planning and Development in the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education.

She is a result oriented manager with extensive experience in sustainable development, with emphasis on West Africa.

She is a capable, open and approachable manager with strong leadership skills that inspire individuals to be motivated to work as a team to achieve project - oriented goals on time and within budget.

She possesses a flair for initiating projects, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluating, eventually enabling a successful conversion of ideas into solid project achievements.

Ms. Fasuluku is a proactive team-player who excels at building trusting relationships and believes strongly in empowering others.
